Annual Journey based on the eligibility Profile
Hello All,
I created a Journey Template with the Recurring option enabled and configured the required Eligibility Profile. The requirement is for this journey to be automatically assigned to eligible employees on an annual basis.
However, when I attempt to allocate the journey through Journey Allocation or schedule it using the available journey-related processes, I am unable to find the journey template in the list of available journeys.
Since this is intended to be an annual mass journey allocation for qualified employees, are there any additional configuration steps or specific processes that need to be completed to make the recurring journey available for scheduling? Additionally, is there a recommended approach for automating the yearly allocation of such recurring journeys?
