Hello, looking for some suggestions here, business wants Item-org level Item Substitution(for some orgs only not all) for oracle supply planning cloud (through external file - FBDI). So we do not have OPS/PIM it is external. Is there a way we can achieve this . Also to note we are not enabling the Attribute Based planning
