Is there the possbility of delete the Help Desk Request in status Closed?

Hi everyone,

we need the possibility to delete the Help Desk Request in status Closed, but when we select a request Closed, when we click on three dots under Actions, there is not the possibility to delete it.

Whe we select a request Resolved, the sistem gives us the possibility to delete the Hel Desk Request.

How can we ability the possbility of delete the Help Desk Request also in status Closed? Are there any settings to do' Are there any roles/proviledges?
