How to setup 9/80 work week so that when it is imported to PPM, Friday work hours will be equal.

Summary:

The client is using a 9/80 work schedule where employees work 80 hours over nine days in two weeks. Wherein on the timesheet:

Week 1 = Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
9 9 9 9 8

Week 2 = Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
9 9 9 9 0

The requirement is that after importing cost to PPM, 4 out of 8 hours from Week 1 Friday will reflect on Week 2 Friday:

Week 1 = Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
9 9 9 9 4

Week 2 = Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
9 9 9 9 4

There are also additional considerations such as period ends on the Long Week or the Short Week. Please see below diagram.

The question is, how should this be setup, especially on PPM side?
