How are "role skills" assigned to a job becoming "core skills" in the manager team activity center?

Context : I added 4 skills to a job profile and assigned this job to an employee. From my understanding of the Oracle documentation regarding role and core skills, skills added this way are considered "role skills" (Assigning Role Skills) and only manager-assigned skills should be considered as "core skills". However, when we log in as this employee's manager, the team activity center displays that 2 out of 4 Core skills are attained. Meaning that the system consider these 4 skills added on the job profile as core skills and not role skills.

It is very confusing as there is no visual way to distinguish them on the job profile, nor on the employee's talent profile.
