Is there any option where we can hide the email content in Resignation or termination notification?

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement for Resignation/Termination workflow notifications.

For data privacy reasons, we would like to prevent workflow details from being displayed in the email notification and instead provide only a generic message with a link to the transaction. Users should be able to view the details only after clicking the link and accessing the application.

The challenge is that we are looking for a solution without modifying the Resignation/Termination notification template.

Is there any standard configuration, profile option, BPM setting, workflow configuration, or security-related approach that can:

• Hide the transaction details in the email notification.
