ERP AGENTS

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing well.

I had a question regarding Redwood dependency for AI feature enablement.

For SCM, HCM, and CX, customers are generally required to move from Classic/Responsive pages to Redwood in order to enable AI features. However, in ERP, customers appear to be able to enable certain AI features even while continuing to use Classic or Responsive pages.

Could you help clarify what ERP has done differently that allows AI features to be enabled without a mandatory move to Redwood? Also, why was the same approach not feasible for SCM, HCM, and CX?

My assumption is that some ERP AI capabilities may be implemented more at the service or backend layer and are not as tightly coupled to Redwood UI components, whereas SCM, HCM, and CX AI experiences may be more dependent on Redwood UX patterns, page architecture, and extensibility. Please correct me if that understanding is not accurate.

Howdy, Stranger!
