Can we differentiate custom verbiage for Emp & Payroll in Personal Info workflow FYI Notifications.
Summary
We are currently working on customizing the workflow notifications for Personal Information changes (specifically modifying the PersonalInformation_AddressPostReport and PersonalInformation_CommunicationPostReport RTF templates in the custom BI folder).
The Requirement:
The business wants to add custom verbiage to the top of the notification.
- For the Employee, the notification should say: "A change has been made to your personal information. If you did not request this change, please contact HR."
- For Payroll/HR (who receive an FYI when the transaction is completed), the notification should say: "An employee's personal information has been changed."
Currently, when we add the text to the RTF template, it is static. Because Payroll and the Employee seem to share the exact same FYI template , Payroll is receiving notifications that say
