Resign from Employment Page

We need to rename the field “Resignation Date” to “Termination Date” on the Resign from Employment page. We were able to achieve this using the Sandbox User Interface Text tool. However, while the search results show only one occurrence, the Text Replacement History shows a count of four. How can we validate this difference?
