Repair action does not work on Work order in production scheduling

Summary:

We are trying to Reschedule-In a WO from 15-Jul to 14-Jul through Manual adjustments in the Gantt chart followed by a REPAIR action. However, after the REPAIR action is complete, the WO is scheduled back to 15th and we are unable to pull it in for an earlier day even though the resource is fully available on 14th.

Also, when we perform only a Refresh and try to adjust WO and directly Repair, the WO gets rescheduled to the new date. However, when we Refresh and Solve schedule and then do adjustments to the schedule and attempt a Repair, the start dates aren't updated and goes back to its old date. Only after updating the Need by Override to 14-Jul followed by a SOLVE action we are able to pull the particular WO a day earlier.
