Frequent logout post IAM upgrade

Recently Oracle has upgraded SSO from Fusion to IAM , Post upgrade we faced frequent logout so to overcome this issue we have "Disabled Single logout" and it worked , but the risk is session will remain active forever and might cause browser security threat , How others are handling it ? please leave a helpful comments.
