Grades does not update automatically when job title changes on a position change request

Scenario:

Currently, a leader is required to manually remove the existing grade and specify the grade associated with the new job. However, in most cases, leaders are not aware of the correct grade corresponding to the new job, which creates a usability challenge.

R&D Performed:

1. Enabled the profile options PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES and PER_DEFAULT_GRADE_FROM_JOB_POSITION to facilitate automatic grade defaulting based on the selected job or position.
2. Evaluated the possibility of defaulting the grade through Visual Builder Studio (VBS). However, this approach is not feasible because the Grade field does not expose the necessary value attributes required to define defaulting conditions or implement conditional logic.
