Project Proposal Generation Error for Specific User

in Project Management

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with Create Project Proposal in Oracle Project Management (Redwood UI).

One specific user gets the following error while creating a project proposal:

"We can't connect to the application right now. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."

The user has the following privileges/roles:

  • PJF_MANAGE_PROJECT_PROPOSAL_PRIV
  • PJF_MANAGE_PROJECT_PROPOSAL_DATA
  • ORA_PJF_PROJECT_MANAGER

Other users with the same roles are able to create project proposals successfully.

Could you please advise if there are any additional roles, setup, or known issues that could cause this behavior for a specific user?
