PPM Project transaction controls - warning if changing inclusive - exclusive control mode?

Is there a way to at least get a warning if user is attempting to change in PPM —> project financial managemanet —> sheet: financial —> transacations controls inclusive & exclusive?

In our solution we need both inclusive and exclusive project transaction controls - and now it has happaned that a person by misstake has changed the control mechanism inclusive ←→ exclusive… As this is a very simple thing to do, it affects in a major way how project costing work and you get no warning, it is a problem.
