In the current purchase order process, requesters may not have visibility when some purchase order lines remain in a pending processing status while other lines have already been processed.

It would be beneficial to introduce a configurable notification feature that automatically alerts the requester when one or more purchase order lines are still pending processing. This enhancement would:

• Improve transparency and visibility into the purchase order lifecycle.
• Reduce manual follow-ups between requesters, buyers, and procurement teams.
