Update blue on blue colouring for BIP list of values in menu based prompts

Summary:

In BIP when we select values in a prompt where options are derived from an SQL query, we see a selection window where the selection shows in a shade of blue, but the background shows in blue too. This is not the best user experience we would like our users to have. In order to make the selection contrasting, what updates can we make?
