Change over Rules for Flow schedules?

We are reviewing the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Production Scheduling documentation (26B) and would like confirmation regarding the applicability of Changeover Rules to Flow Schedules on Production Lines.

From the documentation, we observe:

1. The Changeover Rules section states that changeover rules are applied only to resources with:
   • Resource Type = Equipment
   • Default Units Available = 1
2. The Production Lines section describes sequencing using:
   • Rule-Based Sequence
   • Flow Sequencing Rules
   • Attribute Sequence / Attribute Value Sequence

However, we could not find documentation explicitly stating whether changeover rules are evaluated during flow schedule sequencing on production lines.

Could you please confirm:

1. Are Changeover Rules considered at all when scheduling Flow Schedules on Production Lines?
