PPT Report Package Image Quality

Summary:

We are using 1x1 headshots for our executives. The images look fine in PowerPoint, but when we preview the PDF, certain images appear very pixelated.

This is happening in both test and production which are on different versions. We skipped the last prod update. We are not sure what is causing the difference in image quality. Appreciate any insight.
