Is HR help desk part of HCM or Customer Experince-Services?
Most of the documentation I’ve reviewed suggests that HR Help Desk is part of the HCM module. However, when I try to make changes to some of the Redwood pages or review readiness, the links take me to Customer Experience – Services.
I wanted to confirm from an implementation, upgrade, and maintainability perspective: is HR Help Desk considered part of HCM, or is it actually part of Customer Experience – Services?
