Order Based Replenishment Not Creating REPLEN-LPN Task for Full LPN
Summary:
We are testing Order Based Replenishment for a pick face replenishment scenario. We want Oracle WMS to move an entire reserve LPN of 200 units into active even when the original order demand is only 40 units. The replenishment allocation is not being created, and the REPLEN-LPN task is not generated.

Business Requirement:
For order-driven replenishment, when an order requires 40 units and the available reserve stock is a full LPN of 200 units, we want WMS to replenish the full LPN to active, then allocate only the 40 units to the original order.
