Smart View Errors

Our Application is SaaS EPBCS.

Most of our Users are getting several errors in SmartView as in the attached. Everybody connects to HyperionPlanning/SmartView.

Users have Installed 25.200 version. Set the "WebView2 Runtime" in Healthcheck to "Enabled for All"

The issues started in May 2026. We could not figure out what is causing these issues.

  1. Essbase 21c
  2. Patches went in May / Jun 2026

Anybody else having any of these issues?
