Pending transactions with Validated status which table will store the information and how to process

Summary:

Pending inventory transactions has the validated status records, I have check INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table these transactions are not available and tried to run the Manage Inventory transaction process multiple times but these transactions didn't processed.
