Unable to create oncall shift in workforce scheduling
Summary:
Hi experts,
is there anyway i can create shifts with type on-call in workforce scheduling? There is no option to select shift type while creating the shift and it seems by default all the shifts are created as shift type regular when generated the schedule. I need to edit them manually in workforce schedule to on-call.
In my schedule generation profile particular shift which i wanted to be oncall, is marked on-call but it does not work either, schedule is still created with Regular shift type. Please let me know if anybody noticed this/have any solution available?
