Unable to override Company segment in SLA

Summary:

Currently, the SLA Company segment for Accrual Account is derived from PO Charge Account without conditions, preventing override from Requisition Charge Account. Attempted changes to use PR source and comparison logic either do not override or fail validation (XLA-870336). Need guidance on supported design approach.
