Shift based Scheduling in Production scheduling

Summary:

Is there a way to define PS to schedule WOs on a shift basis where the attribute sequence restarts every shift so that the load is balanced across shifts. Currently we have scheduling bucket = 1, but there are two shifts in a day, so the sequencing is not balanced as expected.
