Missing WORKINGONAMASTERSORDOCTORATEPROGRAM column in ISIR_FIELDS_ALL_V2_VW

In Oracle BIP, I just noticed that the column WORKINGONAMASTERSORDOCTORATEPROGRAM from ISIR_FIELDS_ALL_VW does not have equivalent column in ISIR_FIELDS_ALL_V2_VW.

Are we not including the column/field in the ISIR_FIELDS_ALL_V2_VW?

Also, in the ISIR reference layout, what position can we find the WORKINGONAMASTERSORDOCTORATEPROGRAM? I'm using the 202627ISIRRecLayout.xls
