The intersect function stopped working after the 26.06 release

Summary:

The report has the member Intersect([Siblings of CurrentPOV (Inclusive)], [Apr,Jul,Oct,Jan]). In our hierarchy May, Jun, Jul are children of Q2. When selecting Jun in the CurrentPOV, this should result in Jul only. It is currently showing May, Jun, and Jul in the report.

This was working prior to the 26.06 release.
