Is there a way to get a notification when an error happens with work orders & no pick is generated?

Summary: This is in relation to items not being generated in a pick with an automatic scheduled process "Pick Materials for Work Orders" even when there is enough inventory available for the pick.

We need a notification sent in real-time for a pick not being generated due to an error. Without any type of notification, it is hard to catch the error in real-time right when it happens, and record the data at the time of the error such as inventory availability.
