ASN Shipped Quantities should not be allowed to accept values higher than Ordered Quantity

in Inventory Management

Summary:

We are trying to create ASN from Supplier Portal in Redwood Page and we have a requirement that Shipped Quantity should not exceed Ordered Quantity. However currently if we enter Shipped Quantity more than line Ordered Quantity and click on Done then its taking back to New ASN page and if we submit the ASN its giving the below Error:

The receiving transactions couldn't be processed for 1 receiving transaction lines.

We know that this is because Shipped Quantity is higher than the Ordered quantity but our requirement is that it should now allow to even accept the higher quantity even before we submit and there is no Validate or Save option but just Submit Action is there and at after we Submit it gives above error so its quite confusing for the Business Users to understand.
