Dear Oracle Community,
We have observed that line managers are receiving email notifications when a Learning Specialist deletes learning assignments that are in Requested or Pending Fulfillment status.
During our investigation, we noticed another scenario where an assignment associated with a course having no active offerings was deleted, and a notification was still sent to the line manager as we know it should only sent for Requested or Pending Fulfillment status.
Our requirement is to completely deactivate this notification, as the business does not want line managers to receive any notifications when Learning Specialists delete assignments.
