@RELATIVE(Dimension,0) In Stored Hierarchy Not Working

Summary:

I am trying to run a calc script on an upper level (Not Top Level) of one of our dimensions using @RELATIVE(Dimension, 0), however it is not calculating correctly for the lower level. The only way I get it to calculate correctly is if I run it on the bottom level value in the screenshot below. Only thing I can think of is would it be something to do with the dimension being a Stored Hierarchy?
