Unable to delete the enrolment from Compensatory plan (ANC-3405204)

Summary:

Unable to delete the enrolment from Compensatory plan. No absence entry, no timecard, enrolled manually as part of data migration.

Need to delete the enrolment but when attempted to, had the below error:

You can't delete the plan enrollment because there are existing compensatory time transactions for this plan. Delete the transactions and then continue. (ANC-3405204)
