Shipments Forecast Number is Capping at 10,000,000 though we have enough history and history number

Summary:

Shipments Forecast Number is Capping at 10,000,000 though we have enough history for 3 years and history number range for a up to 30 Million, from the forecasting profile i disabled the Naive forecast ( EnableNaiveForecast = 0) to enforce other forecasting model, still i get the forecast capped at 10 million, is there any other parameter setups that needs to be enabled to overcome this.
