Initial Duration Units default to Years for contract duration > 12 months instead of Months

When adding or editing a Pending Worker and entering a Contract End Date that is more than 12 months after the Start Date, the system derives the Initial Duration and Initial Duration Units automatically.

Currently, the unit appears to default to Years when the calculated duration is more than 12 months. This can be confusing for users, especially when the duration is slightly more than one year. For example, a contract from 30-Jun-2026 to 31-Jul-2027 may be shown as 1 Year, while the business would prefer to see the duration represented in Months, such as 13 Months, to avoid ambiguity or rounding concerns.
