DOR Not Visible in Certain HCM Flows After Configuration

Hi Everyone,


We have a requirement to generate a letter and automatically save it in Document Records (DOR) once a transaction is fully approved through workflow.
For the Change Salary flow, DOR is working as expected. We enabled DOR for other flows in the Sandbox and completed the required configuration. However, the DOR section is not appearing on the responsive page for those flows.

Could anyone please help with the following:

  • Are Promotion and other employment transaction flows supported for DOR?
  • Even after enabling DOR through Sandbox, why is the DOR section not visible on the responsive page?
  • Are there any additional configurations, profile options, or page customizations required?
