We could not able to find or search Schedule Hours(for Time Card Period)

Dear Team,

We could not able to find or search Schedule Hours(for Time Card Period) in any of the OTL Subject Areas present.

Workforce Scheduling - Work Pattern Real Time(having shift timing) but not specific to date

Workforce Scheduling - Workforce Schedule Real Time(does not display any results).

We need Schedule Hours(for Time Card Period) for reporting purpose requested by client on Dashboard.

Kindly let us know the correct subject area or way to meet the requirements.

FYI All Duty roles are presented. Screen shot attached for your reference.
