Summary:

In the Compensatory Absence Plan, future-dated balance updates are visible on the Admin Redwood page whereas, on the employee self-service pages, the plan balance is displayed only as of the current date and does not reflect future-dated balance changes.

Additionally, the Last Calculation Date shown to employees remains the current date, even when future-dated balance updates exist. This results in a discrepancy between the balances displayed to administrators and those visible to employees.
