Issue with VBCS page calling integration with Rest API

We are encountering an intermittent issue in our VBCS application. A custom page invokes an ORDS REST API to fetch data from the ATP database, but the request occasionally fails with a 403 Forbidden error. Since the issue is not consistent, we are finding it difficult to identify the root cause.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can provide guidance on possible causes and troubleshooting steps?
