Burden Calculation

Summary:

What would happen if a Burden cost code is linked to an expenditure type ( and subsequently, there is a multiplier to that Cost Code) , however there is no expenditure type class "Burden Transaction" linked to the same expenditure type?

Would the system calculate Burdening for that expenditure type ? Request some advice on the same.
