Disabling DefaultLocalUser

We received this notification from Oracle: "This is a reminder that Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is retiring the legacy local user named “DefaultLocalUser” from affected OCI tenancies." <snip> "Our records indicate that “DefaultLocalUser” has not yet been disabled or deleted in your tenancy."

I've searched for that account in OCI, and cannot find it. I can't recall ever utilizing or levering that user in our EPM Cloud Enterprise Planning apps, so maybe it's safe to ignore this message?

I'm trying to protect against waking up one morning, and I have 20 urgent IMs about EPM being down because that account was retired by Oracle, and I didn't realize it was used by the apps for whatever purpose.
