Control Project Visibility in Issue Creation Based on Project Team Membership

Hi,

I am able to view all projects when raising or creating an issue, even if I am not a team member of those projects. How can we restrict project visibility so that only the relevant team members can view their assigned projects in the Project LOV (List of Values)?
