26B - SCFO Events Stuck in "Not Started" Status with Blank Business Process Type

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with Oracle Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SCFO) in a production environment.

The environment has been live and stable for several months, and the affected orchestration flows (Internal transfer and Shipments) have been processing successfully since go-live. No setup or configuration changes were made recently.

Since Monday, we have observed a few isolated cases where source events remain in "Not Started" status in SCFO. The issue is not systematic, as other transactions processed successfully before and after the affected events.

Observed symptoms:

  • Event is visible in SCFO.
  • Event Type is populated (SO Shipment or Interorganization Shipment).
