We observed that the "Supplier Questionnaire Response" PDF attached in the Supplier Registration Approval notification is showing blank, whereas it previously displayed the supplier questionnaire details.

Could you please advise:

  1. How is this PDF generated in Oracle Fusion Supplier Registration?
  2. Is it driven by a standard report/template or any workflow configuration?
  3. What areas should be checked to troubleshoot this issue?
