Skipping Oracle Support's AI Slop?
Summary:
I submitted an SR because I cannot find an attribute to update its document views, and the AI slop told me that I need to update the document views in order to be able to access the document views. I pointed out that it makes no sense, and requested actual help, and the reply was basically the same. How can I get actual support?

A new PP we created has been unable to call certain API endpoints due to it not having read-write access to the attributes named _price_book_var_name (1 line level, 1 transaction level), but I have not found either of these in any attribute lists of the new UI. Since I checked all attribute lists and attribute sets (even including the PP document views page) and the attributes were missing everywhere, I submitted an SR to request help.
