Are others experiencing latency issues since 25D?

Summary:

We noticed a significant issue with latency on the catalog details page specifically after 25D. I have opened 3 different SRs.

When we originally set up our security roles we did so with Oracle's guidance. We are now being told that this setup is the issue that has caused the increased loading time on certain pages.

.We started seeing latency after 25D. Everything was fine - including load time then after 25 D it was not fine. I am sure that We are not the only company experiencing this issue. 

Courses that loaded fine before 25D had delays immediately after.

In general the catalog details page would not load without latency. this was partially fixed but is still a major problem.
