After 26B SCORM Content not getting processed immediately showing as ''Ready for Processing''

Hi Team,

After the 26B update, SCORM content is not being processed immediately and remains in the status "Ready for Processing." Additionally, the background job "Process eLearning Package," which handles SCORM content processing, is not being triggered automatically in the production environment.

In contrast, in our lower environments, this background process is automatically initiated whenever a user uploads SCORM content.

This issue has been observed only after the 26B upgrade, and it is occurring exclusively in the production environment.

Please let us know if anyone else has encountered a similar issue following the 26B upgrade and if there is any resolution provided by Oracle Support.
