Running into issue when OM Header EFF is used as condition on the Sales Pricing Strategy Assignment

Summary:

We have integrating quote from CPQ to Order Management. We maintain different BU's on the CPQ to have quoting for different business scenarios. However, on the sales order we are maintain one common BU irrespective of the line of business. Hence, we need to drive pricing based on the BU on the CPQ and planning to store that value as OM Header level EFF.

to configure the srevice mappings, matrxi class and algorithms. When I try to test the algorithm the test output is erroring out. Attached is the file for reference.
