Email Inbound Trigger Not Firing in AI Agent Studio Workflow Agent - Gmail Service Account

I have set up an inbound Gmail email trigger in Oracle AI Agent Studio on a demo POD. I have created the Email Account with Service Account credentials, created a Gmail label, assigned the trigger to a Published workflow agent, and scheduled the Manage Communication Responses process every 5 minutes. Everything looks correctly configured but the agent is simply not triggering when emails arrive in the label. There is no activity showing under the Activities tab either. Could anyone confirm what is the actual cause and what the correct setup should be for Gmail inbound triggers on a demo instance?
