Jobs menu is blank since 26.06 upgrade

Summary:

Since the 26.06 upgrade the "Jobs" menu in our Narrative Reporting environment is blank. This is does not appear to be access related or user specific as admin colleague and an external Oracle-partner consultant experience the same issue.
I'm not sure if this is a widely occurring/reported issue or if its specific to our environment.
