Does Oracle Learning Support Captions/Subtitles for Uploaded Videos to Meet WCAG 2.2 AA Requirements

Hello Oracle Learning Community,

we would like to understand whether Oracle has plans to introduce native support for subtitles/captions on videos uploaded directly within Oracle Learning.

At the moment, it seems that videos uploaded to the platform do not provide a built-in capability to manage or display subtitles. This is becoming increasingly important from both an accessibility and compliance perspective, as WCAG 2.2 AA requirements include captions for prerecorded video content.

Are there any planned enhancements in the Oracle Learning roadmap to support subtitles/captions for uploaded videos? Alternatively, are there any recommended best practices or workarounds currently supported by Oracle to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements?
